Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for our retail business across channels including digital, print, in-store and events.
Create and implement campaigns to increase foot traffic, drive sales, and enhance brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal teams, including visual merchandising, product development, and sales, to create cohesive campaigns that align with brand objectives and standards.
Manage and oversee all aspects of in-store events to ensure they meet objectives and are executed flawlessly.
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and behaviors, and use insights to inform marketing plans.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed changes to strategy.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including agencies and printers.
Maintain brand consistency and standards across all marketing materials and channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in retail marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
