Responsibilities:

Define and lead the overall marketing vision and strategy
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans
Coordinate and manage marketing projects
Oversee marketing execution across digital, traditional and experiential channels
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and demands
Analyze competitor strategies and market trends
Collaborate with sales to refine positioning and maximize market share
Brand management
Lead the creation and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns
Oversee content marketing and social media strategies
Develop and manage the marketing budget and forecasts
Monitor ROI and performance metrics for all campaigns
Manage and mentor the marketing team
Events management

Requirements:

Relevant degree in Marketing / Business / Communication
Minimum of 10 years marketing experience of with at least 5 years in a senior capacity
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Expertise in digital marketing
Experience from the real estate / property / financial services or related field
