A global start-up pharmaceutical company has a vacancy for a Marketing Manager within their Oncology division.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the overall direction and management of all marketing activities, from market intelligence, brand planning, relationship management, product launches up to financial management and PnL
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy

• Strategy & Business development (includes new product launches)
• Brand management to strengthen portfolio. reviving existing portfolio.
• Consolidating existing brand portfolio.
• Create a strategy for distinct positioning & communication of the division.
• Leveraging brand equity and franchise to achieve sales goals & bottom-line objectives set for division.

Stakeholder Management and Influence

• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and further the achievements of business goals.
• Expand and develop presence and position of HE in the medical society and key institutions where our operations is relevant.
• Build cohesive sales & marketing team.
• Evaluating & controlling the marketing contribution for the division.

People Development

• To coach & develop Product Managers / Group Product Managers for higher responsibilities
• People Development & Team Building

Operations

• Improve Market Share , Rx & Rxers, Rank, Growth
• New Brand Building so as to grow the therapy area
• Achievement of Sales & profitability targets of the division.
• Improve Specialty Coverage and Therapy Focus.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree graduate
• Preferably Life Sciences, Business Administration, Management or relevant field
• Relevant and solid experience in Pharmaceutical or Life Science Industry of about 7-15 years
• Strong personal commitment and customer focus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and advanced presentation skills.
• Effectively contribute to work on multifunctional teams.
• Must be able to adapt, organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing field-based environment.

• Availability to travel as need
