Job Summary
? About the Role Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, Asset Manager, and General Manager, the Mall Marketing Manager will:
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and budgets.
- Manage brand positioning, advertising, PR, and communications.
- Lead and supervise on-site marketing and information staff.
- Plan, execute, and oversee events, promotions, and sponsorship programs.
- Drive social media engagement and digital strategies.
- Build strong tenant and community relations.
- Ensure CSI initiatives are aligned with company strategy.
- Provide detailed monthly reports and performance feedback to management.
- Degree in Marketing (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and event management (retail/mall experience advantageous).
- Strong PR, social media, and communication skills.
- Proven ability in budget management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Supervisory and leadership experience essential.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Creative, resourceful, and results-driven personality.
