Marketing Manager

We are looking for a multi-talented and passionate Marketing Manager to join our team! If you have these traits and have experience in "High-End Hospitality" and "Luxury Travel" Industries, we would love to hear from you.
This is an executive management role that entails:

Developing the marketing strategy and ensuring a consistent image is being portrayed
Being pro-active in developing publicity opportunities and effectively dealing with media
Building relationships with partners and growing the database
Guiding business decisions by staying on top of trends
Building an on-line audience through website and social media
Managing digital content creation
Ensuring continued management of social media marketing
Setting criteria for hosting journalists and influencers based on negotiated deliverables
Liaising with outsourced PR agencies
Reviewing Brand strategies
Effectively communicating our brand and implementing our brand guide
Working with designers to ensure consistent brand experience
Creating effective brand awareness

Qualifications and Experience required:

Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Marketing Manager role on a high-end luxury travel brand is essential and mandatory
Very high-end hospitality experience or luxury brand experience
Charismatic - able to eloquently hold conversations with guests, various stakeholders and company shareholders
Engaging and a passion to represent a quality, high-end brand
Passion for high-end hospitality and luxury travel
Able to comfortably slot into a close-knit team
