Luxury Lodge Collection - Head Office - Cape Town



An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a luxury lodge collection at their Head Office in Cape Town. This senior role is ideal for a dynamic and creative individual with a passion for high-end hospitality and travel. Candidates must already be based in Cape Town and available for in-person interviews, as relocation will not be considered.

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years' experience in a Marketing Manager role with a luxury travel brand

Previous experience with high-end hospitality or luxury brand marketing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for luxury hospitality and travel

Confident, charismatic, and able to represent the brand eloquently

Comfortable working in a close-knit, collaborative team

Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain a consistent marketing strategy and brand image.

Proactively create publicity opportunities and manage media relations.

Design and run in-house promotions to boost sales and engagement.

Keep all marketing materials and signage current and aligned with brand standards.

Build and nurture relationships with partners and grow the customer database.

Create and distribute regular newsletters and mailers.

Monitor market trends to guide marketing decisions.

Grow online presence through website and social media management, including content creation and paid/unpaid campaigns.

Oversee website updates and improvements in collaboration with web developers.

Implement strategies to increase direct bookings via online channels.

Communicate key brand messages across multiple platforms: trade, media, direct customers, PR, advertising, and events.

Develop marketing collateral to support sales teams and partners.

Manage hosting and deliverables for journalists and influencers.

Coordinate with PR agencies on press releases and media communications.

Handle crisis communications effectively.

Regularly review and update the brand strategy to align with company vision and drive sales.

Ensure consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints and materials.

Expand brand awareness internationally through targeted PR and media coverage focused on unique selling points.
