The Role: Marketing Manager This is a high-impact role for a creative and strategic marketing professional ready to shape and scale the company's brand voice. You will work directly with the founders and creative directors to build an audience, sharpen brand positioning, and generate high-value creative opportunities through standout marketing and digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities
Build and execute a results-driven marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives
Define, evolve, and amplify the company's brand voice, tone, and visual identity
Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Write and schedule engaging content, including captions, bios, blogs, newsletters, and press releases
Curate and update the company website and showreels to reflect new work and positioning
Cultivate online and offline relationships with agencies, clients, creatives, and collaborators
Analyse content performance and pivot strategies based on analytics to generate quality leads
Identify PR opportunities, pitch to the press, and support promotional events and screenings
About You
3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the creative industries (film, media, photography, production, design)
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to craft a compelling brand story
Culturally fluent, creatively curious, and passionate about visual storytelling
Experienced with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer/Later, and Google Analytics or eager to learn
Independent, organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
A strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
Bonus: Knowledge of the UK creative landscape (production houses, agencies, awards, etc.)
