Purpose
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across both AssureCloud and SafetyCloud. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong digital marketing expertise, content development skills, and a deep understanding of B2B marketing in the health, safety, and compliance sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning
Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Manage brand positioning for both AssureCloud and SafetyCloud.
Digital Marketing
Oversee SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
Manage website content and performance analytics.
Content Creation & Campaigns
Lead development of marketing collateral, case studies, newsletters, and thought leadership content.
Plan and execute product launches, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with sales, training, and technical teams to align marketing efforts.
Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and media partners.
Event Management
Coordinate industry events, exhibitions, and training promotions.
Support internal and client-facing events to enhance brand presence.
Reporting & Analytics
Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
Prepare monthly marketing reports and dashboards. Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in health, safety, compliance, or laboratory services.
Proven experience in digital marketing and content strategy.
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of regulatory environments and training frameworks (e.g., SETA, NEBOSH, QCTO) is advantageous.
