Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in

Centurion

for a

Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant

. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing visual and marketing content that supports the company's branding, sales initiatives, and promotional campaigns.

The role combines

marketing coordination and hands-on graphic design

, including the creation of digital and print materials, assisting with campaign planning, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting internal sales and product teams. The candidate will also contribute to market research, content planning, and customer-focused marketing initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing materials such as online and print advertisements, social media content, emailers, and promotional signage Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms Assist with content creation for social media, website updates, and internal communications Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales-support materials and promotional assets Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and visual communications Coordinate with external suppliers (printers, media, etc.) when required Assist with photography, image editing, and basic video content where needed

Qualifications

Strong visual communication skills with a good eye for layout, typography, and branding Proficiency in graphic design and editing software (Affinity Suite, or similar) Basic understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and brand strategy Experience or interest in digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, websites) Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach A degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required
