Job Summary With key responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and consumer loyalty. Plan, organize, and manage marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships, ensuring strong brand presence and flawless execution. Travel across South Africa to coordinate and oversee regional brand activations, events, and promotional activities. Lead digital marketing and social media initiatives, including influencer collaborations and content creation. Coordinate brand activations and in-store promotions in partnership with sales and retail teams. Collaborate with creative and media agencies to produce engaging and consistent brand communications. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and insights. Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for future initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Have 3-5 years' experience in marketing, brand management, or event coordination (FMCG experience preferred). Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events. Strong understanding of South African consumer behavior and retail dynamics. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Willingness and ability to travel nationally.
