Marketing & Events Coordinator



Must have insurance background or experience of the industry

Minimum requirements:

Relevant marketing qualification

3-years' experience

Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages

Computer literacy (MS Office)

Responsibilities:

Project management of marketing deliverables and campaigns

National Wealth adviser office marketing coordination

Communications coordination: proofread, edit, layout of local advertising, brochures, newsletters, articles

Event coordination: Invites, concept recommendations, reporting

Adviser office signage: manage layout, approval, installation, suppliers from start to completion.

Collateral distribution and logistics

Promotional items: Source, purchase, quality control, stock management available on internal shop.

Sponsorships: Evaluation and execution of regional sponsorship requests

Supplier management and briefing

General team support
