Job Summary
Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Join our client as a Marketing Coordinator in the Western Cape region. We are looking for a mid-career professional with 4-6 years' experience to assist with various marketing tasks.
Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp)
Type: Permanent
Location: CPT - Northern Suburbs
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate brand-aligned gifting, travel logistics, and promotional ordering (e.g. Amrod)
- Draft scripts, build PowerPoints, and assist with content for the Founder's keynotes
- Repurpose leftover promo stock creatively and meaningfully
- Support event logistics (packing lists, visuals, studio setup)
- Be a sounding board, a right hand, and a brand guardian -- especially when the Member Relations Manager is away
- Send personal messages and help execute high-touch communications with polish
- Capture what others miss: subtle cues, brand tone, and the heartbeat of the COMPANY Member
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or similar
