Marketing Co-Ordinator (Maternity Cover)
Reporting: Brand Manager
Location: Westlake Business Park, Tokai

Job Objective:
Are you passionate about food, flavour trends and quality? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong administration skills? Cape Herb & Spice is looking for a proactive and organized marketing coordinator to support our marketing team. This is a 4-month maternity cover role, and a chance to work with a creative, dynamic team. Well need someone to jump in and pick up things quickly. You will be supporting the marketing plans of our spice, tea and gifting product ranges while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing environment.
Key Functional Areas:

• Internal marketing events & communication
• Dealing with customer queries
• Diary management
• General office administration
• Coordinating ad hoc PR requests
• Assist with the coordination of international tradeshows
• Supporting the Brand Manager and Marketing Executive

Education and Required Skills:

• Marketing or relevant qualification from an accredited institution is required

Personal Characteristics

• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Able to meet deadlines consistently in a collaborative team environment
• A self-starter eager to learn and grow in a professional setting
• A positive, can do attitude with the ability to multi-task and prioritize according to deadlines
• Good communication skills
