You'll support the Head of Marketing and manage all digital marketing and communication aspects for this prestigious estate. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Copy Editing:

• Content Expertise: Write, edit, and update marketing content creatively.
• Design Collaboration: Assist the creative team in designing captivating promotional materials.
• Creative Innovation: Propose future content strategies for the property.

Digital:

• Content Management: Craft and schedule engaging digital content.
• SEO Mastery: Optimize content using SEO guidelines.
• Social Media: Utilize social media platforms effectively.
• Analytics Monitoring: Track social media and website metrics.
• Multimedia Content: Create engaging content across platforms.
• Campaign Management: Oversee impactful campaigns.
• Audience Engagement: Conduct audience research for tailored content.
• Analytics & Trends: Stay updated on digital marketing trends.

Design:

• Collateral Creation: Design graphic materials using design software.
• External Liaison: Collaborate with external design and print partners.
• Departmental Coordination: Liaise with departments for design needs.

Communication & Administrative Support:

• Collateral Management: Oversee Printed Collateral distribution and procurement.
• Media Coordination: Handle press clippings, media database, and photo/video shoots.
• External Communication: Assist in communications with tourism offices and partners.
• Marketing Support: Provide guidance on brand guidelines and content updates.
• Database Management: Maintain estate databases.
• Diary Management: Efficiently manage the Marketing & PR diary.
• Support & Adaptability: Assist the Manager as needed.

Main Requirements:

• Qualifications: Possess a relevant Marketing/Advertising qualification or equivalent.
• Experience: Ideally, have 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Design Proficiency: Prior design experience is essential.
• Digital Presence: Actively engage on social media.
• Tech Skills: Proficient in design software and CMS.
• Copywriting Skills: Excellent copywriting and editing abilities.
• Organization: Maintain a highly organized approach.
• Project Management: Possess project management experience.
