PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Marketing Consultant will provide support across the Marketing team in planning and executing the marketing, campaign, content, and channel strategies. A successful candidate will contribute towards enhancing Cyberlogic's market presence, driving brand awareness, and engaging with our target audience. Key components of the role will include:
  • Creating written and visual content to support marketing and campaign objectives.
  • Creating sales enablement material and sales support collateral that supports new, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
  • Creating written and visual content for use across our owned digital channels.
  • Supporting digital campaign activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supporting Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior team members to implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Assist in translating strategic plans into actionable marketing campaigns.
  • Market Analysis: Contribute to market research efforts by gathering data on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights. Provide valuable information to inform decision-making.
  • Content Creation: Research, write, and publish high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content, to reinforce Cyberlogic's position as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Content Optimisation: Tailor content to suit different markets / industries, audience personas, and desired outcomes, ensuring that messaging resonates effectively with target audiences across diverse segments.
  • Campaign Management: Work closely with senior team members to plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and events. Contribute to lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Brand Development: Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across marketing materials. Support efforts to enhance brand identity and recognition.
  • Performance Analytics: Assist in monitoring and analysing objectives and key results (OKRs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Contribute insights to optimise strategies and improve ROI of marketing activities.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with the Demand and Client Success teams to create marketing materials, presentations, and proposals that resonate with clients and prospects.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of industry events, webinars, and workshops to promote Cyberlogic's expertise and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with marketing suppliers, agencies, and vendors to ensure effective collaboration and maximise value from supplier partnerships.
  • Project Management: Manage marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met, and objectives are achieved. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within the IT services, Cyber Security, or Cloud industry.
  • At least a basic understanding of the IT infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Cloud services landscape.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • An understanding of marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Strong writing ability (a portfolio may be requested from suitable candidates).
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated desire to grow and achieve personal and work goals.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote / hybrid environment.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging to suit different audience personas.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 4-6+ years of relevant marketing experience, with exposure to campaign management, strategy execution, and project management.
  • Basic proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • B2B marketing experience essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications are a bonus.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar (relevant certifications advantageous).
  • Design proficiency and/or understanding of UX and Human-Centred Design principles advantageous.
