PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: This is a development opportunity for the successful incumbent to provide onerous administration and support to marketing & communications, maintain stakeholder relationships and gain valuable exposure by assisting in successfully executing and implementing Lesedi's Marketing & Communications strategy. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS xe2x80xa2 Review new technologies and keep the business at the forefront of new developments in marketing campaigns. xe2x80xa2 Comfortable cleaning and preparing data. xe2x80xa2 Report on campaign results and identify trends and gaps which can be improved. xe2x80xa2 Marketing administrators intern to assist the team with maintaining and updating our marketing resources. xe2x80xa2 Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends. xe2x80xa2 Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks. xe2x80xa2 Monitoring all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback. xe2x80xa2 Assist in marketing and communication event activities (e.g. conferences, breakaways, seminars) xe2x80xa2 Manage and update the marketing content library. xe2x80xa2 Proficiency with coding languages such as PYTHON, SQL (Role primarily requires SQL). xe2x80xa2 Extremely flexible and adaptive to changing circumstances. xe2x80xa2 Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills. xe2x80xa2 Excellent communication skills. xe2x80xa2 Coordinate and manage the administration of the Marketing & Comms department, including but not limited to loading of PR's xe2x80xa2 Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, many under tight deadlines. xe2x80xa2 Attention to detail and accuracy.
