Content includes press releases, social branding, articles, internal materials, presentations, proposals, product sheets, company brochures, case studies and event invitations. Lead the company's branding strategy and generate marketing and communications materials throughout the product life cycle. Develop key opinion leader relations and educational material in collaboration with Medical Affairs. Align strategic messages, craft, develop, and pitch stories and concepts as relevant and disseminate messages internally and externally, using both traditional and innovative platforms.Ensuring that all activities comply with national regulations and guidelines for compliance and marketing. YOUR ROLE: Manage all Marketing activities for Diagnostic Imaging, Interventional Imaging and Digital SolutionsTo lead, manage and implement the Global Marketing plan in South Africa and define regional marketing activitiesSupport the marketing plan that compliments the strategic plan for GuerbetManage all product related launch plans and activitiesKey user for Brand Resources to ensure the latest Promotional material is used, available, maintained in compliance with applicable Guidelines/SOPsProduce to the highest standards of Promotional and educational material in line with the relevant codes of conductPlan and coordinate campaigns, congresses, webinars, and corporate events.Develop digital marketing content e.g. emailers, webinars and digitals tools in collaboration with the HQ team.Coordinate promotional & educational events to maintain Guerbet South Africa brand and product awarenessManage relationships with internal and external key stakeholdersBe responsible for University (Educational institutions) and HCP interactions related to educational sponsorships and webinars.Deliver promotional updates and quarterly promotional plans to commercial team in the beginning of each quarter.Develop professional and relevant customer presentations, marketing presentations and educational tools for the commercial operations teamManage all Educational events and ensure associated budget requirements are met and maintained.Key person for Compliance Wire Training Platform ensuring training requirements are met working together with responsible pharmacistCompany representative for MCA and ensure compliance and employee training on the platform.Manage promotional campaigns in Sales Force: Be responsible for the deployment, implementation, surveillance of all required CRM responsibilities.Monitor performance of market share and return on investment of the promotional campaigns through Salesforce (CMR) and Marketing Intelligence and AnalyticsResponsible to maintain and manage the Guerbet South Africa Website information, content, and up-dates.Deputy Information Officer with the RP for the POPI Act, working together with the General Manager (Information Officer) YOUR BACKGROUND: Familiarity with local compliance guideline (MCA and SAMED)Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experienceExperience in Digital Marketing platform implementationsEvents/congress coordination and Product Launch experiencePrevious experience of working with marketing promotional companiesAbility to adapt promotional materials in accordance with marketing strategy (brochures, banners, flyers etc.)Market research and data extraction knowledgeSelf-drivenExperience of managing congress financial budgetsDemonstrate self-management, awarenessStrong executive presenceKnowledge if the field of Imaging (Diagnostic/Interventional)Negotiation skillsAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with peers, company personnel and customers to resolve service issues and promote company services.English Language proficiencyGuerbet is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee based on race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local law.
