Marketing Associate

Job Purpose:

The role will support the HIV and Vaccines business units across sales and marketing portfolios with compliance, administrative work & marketing activities.

Role Responsibilities:

Compliance

  • Manage and support with the Internal compliance approval process for all events, including sponsorships, local CME initiatives, small meetings, ward rounds etc.
  • Support BCMxe2x80x99s on ad hoc initiatives and identified brand plan opportunities that will drive growth for the portfolio.
Promotional and non-promotional material
  • Management and approval of promotional and non-promotional assets through Veeva Promomats.
  • Carry out digital content and promotional material adaptation and play an active role in communicating with external vendors including creative and digital agencies.
Marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to our planning process to develop campaigns utilising the L3 framework
  • Work closely with cross-functional team members to ensure marketing campaign coordination and executional excellence.
  • Assist tracking marketing KPIs and working with the brand team to accelerate them.
  • Support the development of marketing-led campaigns, ensuring delivery against strong KPIs, and regular review of performance.
Expense management
  • Work with and deliver against promotional budgets, identifying early any potential under/overspend and flag with budget holder
  • Monitor Scientific leader engagement plan
Team meetings
  • Coordination and facilitation of quarterly strategy meetings and monthly team and sales meetings.
Pharmacovigilance
  • Responsible for reporting adverse experiences or events (AEs), adverse device events (ADEs), product quality complaints (PQCs) and other reportable information, customer feedback (CF), alleged counterfeiting, diversion and tampering (CDT) that they become aware of to the Designated Point of Contact (DPOC)
Key Capabilities for the role include:
  • Ability to generate and analyse fast feedback and customer insights to better understand the value we can deliver to our HCPsxe2x80x99, patients, and targeted population communities.
  • Understanding and application of test and learn approaches in the development and refining of materials that driver behaviour changes and deliver return on investment.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity with flexible / adaptable ways of working.
  • Able to effectively communicate with key internal and external stakeholder via multiple channels.
  • Highly proficient with Veeva Promomats, Salesforce, MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to problem solve and collaborate with cross functional team members
Qualifications and Experience:

Education
  • Accredited tertiary qualification is required, preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing and or Health Sciences
Experience
  • A minimum of 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within the local pharmaceutical market providing sales/ admin/ marketing and or digital support to commercial teams. Must have a clear and demonstrated track-record of success.
  • Good understanding of business fundamentals and essentials of value creation
