About the role
 We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Assistant to help fill a growing sales pipeline with high-quality demo bookings. This role is ideal for someone who excels at outreach, follow-up, and lead qualification. Youll work with digital tools to identify, engage, and prequalify decision-makers at accounting firms and guide them toward scheduling product demos. Your core mission: turn interest into booked calls by showcasing value and asking the right questions. 
Key responsibilities 
 Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate product interest 
 Use tools like Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online directories to source and qualify leads 
 Target firms in the UK and Ireland, especially those using Xero and QuickBooks 
 Prequalify leads based on criteria such as firm size, role, and product relevance 
 Convert engaged leads into demo bookings via email and phone follow-ups using GoHighLevel (GHL) 
 Track engagement metrics such as email opens and clicks to identify warm prospects 
 Clearly communicate the products value and handle objections during follow-up calls 
 Book demo calls directly into the founders calendar or sales team schedule 
 Log outreach activity and maintain accurate CRM records 
About you 
 13 years of experience in B2B outbound or marketing assistant roles (SaaS or agency experience is a plus) 
 Excellent written communication and follow-up skills 
 Comfortable using outreach tools (Hunter, Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn, CRM) 
 Highly self-motivated and results-driven 
 Bonus: experience targeting or selling to accounting or professional services firms 
 Contract duration: 3-month contract with the possibility to transition to permanent
 Performance target: 2030 qualified demo bookings per month
