Position Overview

We are seeking a talented

Marketing Specialist

based in the Philippines to strengthen CKH Group's digital presence and lead generation efforts. This individual will be a key contributor to our online marketing strategy, with a strong focus on

SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media management

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, and experienced in executing digital campaigns that support business growth for a professional services brand.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads using LinkedIn and website Help develop, execute, and optimize

SEO strategies

to improve organic search visibility and keyword rankings Lead

SEM initiatives

including paid search campaign planning, bid management, and A/B testing Manage

Google Ads

campaigns end-to-end focused on lead generation and ROI improvement Maintain and update website content using SEO best practices and analytics insights Track campaign performance using analytics tools and present KPI reports regularly

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEM/SEO, and paid campaign management Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or similar Proficient LinkedIn user with a proven record of generating leads in accounting Strong English communication skills -- written and verbal Ability to work independently with initiative while collaborating with a global team

Preferred Skills

Marketing experience in a financial, accounting, or professional services environment Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) Basic design or content creation skills (Canva/Adobe Suite) Strong understanding of PPC strategies and lead funnel optimization
