The Marketing & Media Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels. This role is responsible for content creation, media coordination, analytics tracking, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in balancing creative and administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities Marketing Coordination
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional communication with internal teams and external agencies.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and campaign calendars.
Support product launches, events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Media & Content Management
Create, schedule, and publish content across social media, websites, email newsletters, and other channels.
Maintain and update the media asset library (photos, videos, graphics, brand templates).
Brief and coordinate freelance designers, photographers, videographers, and media partners.
Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all media.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Monitor and report on digital campaign performance (social media, SEO, email marketing, paid media).
Analyze key metrics to make recommendations for optimization.
Track marketing KPIs and contribute to monthly/quarterly dashboards.
Assist in managing paid media budgets and tracking media spend.
Administration & Coordination
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the organization of events, trade shows, and media opportunities.
Handle administrative tasks, including processing invoices, maintaining records, and coordinating logistics.
Required Skills & Qualification
3-5 years of experience in marketing, media coordination, or digital content creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, email marketing analytics).
Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience/ Qualifications
Experience in paid media campaign coordination (social, digital display, search).
Photography, videography, or basic editing skills.
Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
Experience in managing external vendors or agency partners.
