RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join their team in Knysna, Western Cape. This highly organised and proactive role will provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Estate Manager and Board, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence to homeowners.
Responsibilities:
Manage administration and organisational support for Board, Committee, and internal meetings.
Act as a liaison with owners, residents, and other stakeholders, managing the Estate's rental portfolio.
Filter and manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Liaise with and coordinate functions of the marketing team, supporting content creation and acting as the central point of information for Estate Agents.
Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including a monthly Estate newsletter, website updates, and maintenance.
Plan, organise, and coordinate Estate events, including post-event evaluation.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Own vehicle with valid driver's license.
