We are looking for someone to assist our company with marketing and customer service while also assisting in the procurement department. There are 2 main aspects to the role:
1. Marketing
Social Media Management
Website optimization
Print marketing
Assisting with ad hoc events
Campaign design in association with the Marketing Manager
2. Customer Service
Assisting with customer communications
Expediting sales orders to ensure we meet customer expectations
Providing feedback to internal and external stakeholders
Ad hoc duties when required to assist existing members of the procurement department will also be required.
An ideal candidate will have a "go getter" attitude, work well under pressure and be versatile and adaptable. This role is largely administrative so you need to be organized. A strong communicator and extreme attention to detail is required.
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge of SEO
Experience in web optimization using WordPress
Experience and/or training in digital marketing channels
