Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Marketing & Design Manager to lead the marketing function across a portfolio of 10 companies operating in diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic marketing expertise, hands-on digital execution, and strong graphic design capabilities.

This role requires an organized, proactive individual who can manage multiple brands, ensure consistent online visibility, and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities



1. Marketing Strategy & Coordination



Develop and execute marketing strategies for each company under the group umbrella. Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Coordinate marketing calendars, launches, and campaigns across different business units. Provide regular performance reports and insights to the Director.

2. Digital Marketing & SEO



Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and online reputation for all brands. Manage both paid and organic digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.). Monitor analytics and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets based on results. Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBPs) for all companies.

3. Graphic Design & Content Creation



Design visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, and social media (posts, stories, flyers, etc.). Work with internal teams or agencies to maintain high design standards. Ensure brand-specific visual identity guidelines are applied consistently. Edit and adapt creative content for various formats and audiences.

4. Social Media & Engagement



Plan, post, and manage content across all relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Respond to comments, messages, and reviews professionally and promptly. Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements to increase visibility. Maintain a steady posting schedule--minimum two posts per week per brand.

5. Quality Control & Brand Governance



Conduct regular audits to ensure all online listings, phone numbers, and links are correct. Report or fix technical errors or inconsistencies across websites and social pages. Uphold the reputation and professional image of each brand under the group.

Key Skills & Attributes



Marketing qualification or certification (Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, or similar). Proven experience (1+ years advantageous) in marketing coordination, campaign management, or brand management. Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite. Excellent written and visual communication skills. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple brands simultaneously. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a sense of brand tone.

Preferred Experience



Experience managing marketing for multi-brand portfolios. Familiarity with photography, videography, and social-media storytelling. Understanding of paid campaign optimization and analytics reporting.
