Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the construction and plumbing sectors.
Arrange and attend meetings with engineers, architects, developers, and other key decision-makers.
Promote and present Serbco SA's product range with technical knowledge and confidence.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and support.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and project developments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
Maintain a structured schedule and report on sales activities and pipeline progress.
Requirements:
Prior experience in plumbing, construction, or building materials sales
is preferred.
Solid understanding of piping systems and related technical concepts.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly for meetings.
