Key Responsibilities
Design and administer surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and environmental scanning.
Analyse customer demand, market trends, and stakeholder perceptions.
Contribute insights to the prioritisation of growth opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years' experience
in market and consumer research, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
Relevant degree in Marketing, Research, Economics, or related field

Pay: R10000,00 - R30000,00 per month
