To carry prime responsibility/accountability for managing the Press Part Manufacturing in all its facets, including the support functions required in the plant, in order to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled through cost effective resource utilisation, schedules and quality.
Take overall responsibility for the operations management of Plants.
Manage all production functions to ensure that targets are met according to safety, quality recruitment standards and production requirements.
Manage all support functions to ensure that targets are met to achieve safety, quality, production and cost targets.
Ensure adequate resources are available.
Manage performance of subordinates.
