National Brands Limited operates five world-class manufacturing facilities across South Africa, including Isando (Johannesburg), Rosslyn (Pretoria), Westmead and Durban (KZN). NBL proudly produces some of the country's most iconic tea, coffee, and creamer brands, as well as a delicious portfolio of savoury and sweet biscuits and mouth-watering snacks.


We are looking for a highly skilled

Manufacturing Manager

to join the

Rosslyn Snacks Factory

in Pretoria, and be part of producing South Africa's most iconic snacks, including Willards chips, Big Korn Bites, and Cheese Curls. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Minimum Requirements

Experience

Minimum of

5 years' Production/Operations/Manufacturing Management

experience in a

Unionised FMCG

environment

Food Manufacturing

experience highly advantageous Experience with

Continuous Processing

and

High-Speed Packaging Machinery

is a strong advantage

Qualifications

Completed tertiary qualification:

National Diploma / BTech / BEng

(Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering) or

Production Management

Additional qualification in

Production Management

would be an advantage

Additional Knowledge and Skills

Initiating and chairing disciplinary enquiries (IR processes) Bill of Materials (BOM) auditing and integrity Advanced Excel proficiency Stock integrity management Variance analysis (job and inventory) Best practice implementation and key learnings sharing Customer complaint investigation and resolution Process flow understanding Compliance with AIB, ISO 14001 & 45001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18000 Financial acumen (income statements, costing models, operating profit) Application of

Lean Manufacturing
