Manufacturing Financial Accountant (ERP / Oracle) , Randburg, R60 000 ctc + Performance Bonus.
- Grade 12
- Degree in Cost / Management Accounting
- Cost Analysis exp in Water Solutions / Manufacturing
- Strong ERP Systems Exp ( Oracle or any other related)
- MS Excel Super User
- Strong Pivot Tables
- Strong exp in V-Looks
- Oracle (advantage)
- Daily Dashboard to be published for bookings and revenue
- Price list management
- Service P&L preparation and cost analysis
- Updating price stick tool to include all product lines
- Prepare Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare Blackline reconciliation for review (+- 60 recons)
- Prepare Cross Charge and
- Reconcile all unbilled amounts
- Issue ICO invoices on Oracle
- Payroll Check output and approve journal entry
- Payroll Release payment on Citi Bank
- Payroll Check outputs
- Payroll Recapture EMP201 on SARS E-filing
- Load budget into OS
- Oracle Support Load New Suppliers and employees
- New Vendor Screening
- Oracle Support Standard Costing Roll forward
- Bank Transactions: Load ICO and 3rd party Supplier Payments onto Citi Bank
- Invoicing
- Credit Notes
- Manual Delivery Notes
