Manufacturing Engineering Process Manager - PretoriaJob Responsibilities and Duties:The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.The Manager of Process Engineering will be responsible for operational excellence through efficient plan and process design and deployment. The individual will be responsible to manage a team responsible for the design, development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment or plants. The candidate will also manage all internal and external engineering projectsJob RoleDeveloping, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certificationAssessing processes, taking measurements, and interpreting dataDeveloping best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.Analysis of industrial procedure comprising the implementation, development and evaluation of procedures to integrate and evaluate the equipment, facilities, materials, personnel and proceduresManage cost and time constraintsProviding improvements to operations, work measurement, methods, materials usage, work station, and material handling designPerform Risk Assessments and provide process documentation and operating instructions support.Demonstrate and apply lean concepts, quality tools and manufacturing excellence standards within manufacturing operations.Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices Proven work experience in process engineering & quality systems.Excellent technical skills5 - 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in management, operations and leadership within manufacturing , process and Engineering environment .Knowledge of process related standards3 xe2x80x93 5 years experience in process simulationsWorking knowledge of process engineering software packageFamiliarity with health and safety regulationAnalytical thinker with interpersonal skillsFamiliar with company and industry quality standards and processesBSc degree in Engineering and or Operations ManagementProduct knowledge, verbal communication and presentation skillsMedically fit and a Valid driverxe2x80x99s license ( Code 8)Engineering Science Inherent RequirementsMust be medically fit .Closing Date : 29 September 2023
