Job Description
Join our team as a Laboratory Assistant in Manufacturing, where you'll ensure smooth production operations, uphold quality standards, and coordinate inventory management.
*Responsibilities:*
- Develop production schedules and collaborate with teams to meet targets.
- Enforce quality control measures and resolve production-related issues.
- Manage raw material inventory and coordinate procurement activities.
- Ensure cleanliness of mixing tanks and adherence to correct mixing protocols.
- Facilitate product sampling, testing, and accurate record-keeping.
- Foster collaboration with Lab Technicians and enforce safety protocols.
*Requirements:*
- Matric and tertiary qualification in chemistry.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing and quality control.
- Proficiency in production and ISO software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
