Lead the future of Wealth Technology Solutions at Iress
We're seeking an experienced Managing Director to drive the strategic and commercial success of our Wealth Management business segment in South Africa. This role combines market leadership, client success, and operational excellence with accountability for growth, strategy, and performance across a technology solutions business.
What you'll do
Lead strategy and execution for the Wealth Solutions division.
Drive commercial growth through market analysis & tailored client propositions.
Oversee operations, risk management, and high-performance culture.
Build strong client partnerships, ensuring satisfaction and advocacy.
Inspire and lead diverse teams across product, engineering, sales & support.
What you bring
Proven executive leadership in financial technology, SaaS for Financial Advice, and/or broader Wealth Management executive leadership
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth.
Deep understanding of wealth management industry dynamics and technology solutions.
Experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
