Experience:
Overall 15-20 years of experience with at least 10 years of sales experience in an automotive, capital equipment or retail Industry, with a significant portion in senior leadership roles
Experience in both B2B and B2C business
Proven experience managing a sales and aftermarket team within a larger corporate structure.
Experience in driving turnaround of business units into a long term sustainable profitable one
Demonstrated a stable double digit revenue growth, realized through strategic initiatives
Experience driving, supporting and growing a dealer channel operation across multiple countries
M&A Experience is an added advantage
