Managing Director vacancy available xe2x80x93 Bloemfontein Responsible for the strategic guidance and overall management Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree with a Postgraduate qualification, preferably in Management, or any equivalent tertiary qualification (MBA, etc.) Proven management experience in a senior position (5 xe2x80x93 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience) Knowledge and experience of administrative and financial business management, drawing up budgets and control over their execution & marketing skills Computer literacy: the autonomous use and application of spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software Valid driver's license (Code B) Skills Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English Excellent human relations, external and internal, including media liaison Be able to function effectively under pressure Strategic planning, critical thinking and adaptability Time management Honesty, Integrity - Problem solver and Motivator Presentation skills Recommendations Proven knowledge in the agricultural /livestock industry Send relevant qualifications, CV, formal photo, copy of most recent payslip and expected remuneration package Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
