Who are we looking for: A Managing Director

What will you do:

• Lead a team of media buyers, design, content and web developers, and oversee the management of all advertiser accounts to continually grow revenue.
• Set sales goals and work with your team in obtaining monthly and quarterly margin goals, as well as tracking and recording individual and team progress, wins and challenges.
• Identify and analyse strategic advertiser accounts and areas of growth opportunity with the team and owners.
• Oversee the building, testing and maintenance of sales funnels for advertising partners.
• Be actively involved in top advertiser accounts, to provide stellar service and value.
• Manage the pipeline and drive the process to recruit and onboard new publishers.
• Work effectively with the advertiser sales team to develop custom traffic plans for strategic advertiser accounts.
• Ensure sales funnels adhere to regulatory and promotional guidelines.
• Attend industry trade shows as necessary in order to manage the team in acquiring new publishers, advertisers and maintaining existing relationships.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in the performance marketing space

What will you need:

• High level of energy, dedication, and motivation to scale a hyper growth company
• Demonstrated sales leadership experience including coaching, mentoring, hiring, training, and performance management
• Resourceful and innovative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and partnership-oriented mindset
• Possess a strong and data-driven background in marketing analytics and digital performance marketing
• Advanced spreadsheet skills are a plus.
• Requires an acute understanding of core online advertising revenue models (CPM, CPC, CPA), as well as traffic channels including email, display, social, PPV, search, mobile, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 year of digital media experience in a management role, with knowledge of Affiliate Marketing a must.
