What You'll Do

• Lead Strategy & Growth - Define and execute a bold roadmap for Africa, aligned to global objectives.
• Own Client Relationships - Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Africa's leading telecom operators (MTN, Vodacom, Orange, Airtel).
• Shape the Talent Landscape - Recruit, mentor, and inspire high-performing project managers and specialists across the continent.
• Drive Operational Excellence - Oversee large-scale digital transformation projects with precision and measurable outcomes.
• Expand Market Reach - Identify untapped opportunities in digital platforms, telecommunications, and emerging business models.

What You Bring

• Proven senior leadership experience in telecommunications, digital platforms, or consulting.
• A track record with Africa's top telecom operators or leading consulting firms.
• Strong business development expertise, with measurable success in market expansion.
• Exceptional people leadership skills across multi-country, diverse teams.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in CVM, e-Care, e-Sales, VAS, or telecoms innovation.
• Mastery in navigating complex stakeholder environments.
