Manager - Treasury Operations
Are you ready to take the helm of a dynamic Treasury Operations team within a banking environment? In this role, you'll ensure our banking organisation runs with precision liquidity, strong compliance, and an innovative approach to treasury.
What You'll Be Driving
Cash & Liquidity Mastery- Own the daily cash flow engine: forecasting, monitoring, and making sure the organisation has the liquidity it needs to grow.
Treasury Operations Leadership- Oversee settlements, reconciliations, and controls with an eye for detail and efficiency.
Funding & Investments- Shape short-term borrowing and investment strategies, optimising returns and minimising costs.
Risk & Compliance Champion- Keep a sharp focus on FX, interest rate, and liquidity risk exposures, ensuring compliance with global best practice.
People Leadership- Mentor, coach, and grow a high-performing treasury team while building strong relationships across the business and with external partners.
What You'll Bring to the Role
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar. (Postgraduate, CFA, or ACT is a bonus!)
7-10 years' treasury or corporate finance experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
A minimum of 5 years core banking expereince.
Strong knowledge of treasury operations, capital markets, and risk management instruments.
Experience with treasury management systems (TMS)and ERP platforms.
A strategic mindset with a hands-on, detail-driven approach.
