CORPORATE SERVICES IS&T: TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK SERVICES
MANAGER: TELECOMS NETWORK SERVICES (TNS)

Key Performance Areas:

• Manage and lead the operations and performance of the Telecommunications Network Services branch
• Plan, execute and control resources in an effective and efficient manner to successfully deliver on set objectives
• Responsible for overall branch contract management, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Accountable for the management and overall control of the branch capital and operating budgets
• Provide management support and oversight for operational and HR issues
• Stakeholder communication and management

• Degree in a relevant networks, radio or electronics environment
• More than 8 years managerial experience within an Electronic, Radio or Network Engineering/ Technological department/organisation
• Proficiency in two of the official languages of the Western Cape (one of which is English)
• Strong strategic capability and leadership qualities
