Specific Role Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of service technicians
Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Plan and coordinate service operations
Analyze and improve service processes and procedures
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Manage inventory and supplies
Monitor and maintain equipment
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of Grade 12 coupled with a National Certificate/Diploma at NQF Level 4
5+ years of experience in automotive service management is a must
Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field will be an advantage
Must have a valid driver's license and a clear Criminal Record
