Job Requirements
Honours degree in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Student Housing or residence management.
Prior involvement in Living and Learning programme implementation is advantageous.
Familiarity with Integrated Tertiary Software (ITS) will be considered a plus.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with basic proficiency in computer applications.
Possession of a valid driver's licence.
Duties:
Administer and oversee the full student residence lifecycle, including application, selection, placement, and registration processes. Lead and manage residence staff, including recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and professional development. Ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of student housing facilities. Contribute to strategic planning and the formulation of residence-related policies. Cultivate a supportive living and learning environment that enhances student development and academic achievement. * Compile, coordinate, and submit all required departmental reports in a timely and accurate manner.
