Job Description
This role is for a Manager Outbound and Logistics and is Reporting to the Warehouse Manager
Manage approximately 20 staff including Supervisor
The role of the staff include Drivers, Storeman, Pickers, Packers and Checkers
REQUIREMENTS: xefx82xb7 A Bachelor Degree focused on Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management (B. Com); a post graduate qualification in Supply Chain and Logistics will be an advantage. xefx82xb7 At least 5 - 10 years related work experience in a FMCG warehouse environment. xefx82xb7 Demonstrate a history of working in the logistics and supply chain industry. xefx82xb7 Skilled in negotiations (unionised environment), management and project management. xefx82xb7 Experienced and skilled in Warehouse Management (WMS), SCALE/SAP systems and Project planning. xefx82xb7 Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills. xefx82xb7 Experience with delivery route planning (Trackmatic/DPS/Pickup) xefx82xb7 Strong operations professional focused on continuous improvement. xefx82xb7 Must be organised, able to prioritise, work long hours and be able to work under pressure
