Job Title: Manager: New Vehicle Sales (FUSO Trucks)



Location: Motus Daimler Trucks Airport, Boksburg



Reporting To: Dealer Principal



Job Overview:

Motus Daimler Trucks Airport is seeking a talented and experienced Manager: New Vehicles Sales (FUSO Trucks) to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, customer relationship management, and team leadership. The Manager: New Vehicle Sales (FUSO Trucks) will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion Manage and develop relationships with key clients and partners Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics Provide sales training and support to team members Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products or services Stay updated on industry trends and competitors


Qualifications:

Matric/Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF4) Valid Driver's License At least 5 years sales experience in the Motor Industry preferably Fuso Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze and interpret sales data Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Knowledge of FUSO Truck Sales is a plus DTSA Certified Management Certification will be an added advantage
