We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Neighbourhood Convenience Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small retail facility in George, Western Cape.
Day-to-day management of the centre
Supervision and management of cleaning and grounds staff (3-4 employees)
Ensuring the centre is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times
Management of General maintenance tasks & contractors
Financial management function: Monthly Accounting function, invoicing, rental statements, and following up on rental payments, assisting with the compilation of annual budget and managing the annual budget
General administrative duties related to centre management, filing, safety file, customer complaints, etc.
Liaising with tenants, service providers and clients
Essential:
Grade 12 with Accounting
Microsoft Teams & Office programs (WORD, Excel, OUTLOOK)
Excellent language skills (verbal and written) - English & Afrikaans
Trustworthy, reliable, honest, meticulous, be able to manage self, organised, able to meet strict deadlines, ACCURATELY
Be able to research / google / help oneself with basic challenges that often present
Valid drivers license & OWN TRANSPORT (own vehicle that will be driven by yourself)
