The Manager will be an experienced and dynamic person to oversee the full operation and strategic management of its multi-faceted business. This includes the petrol station, truck stop with overnight facilities, OK Express Convenience Store, Patriot Coffee Shop, Kroonplaas Restaurant, Farm Stall, and Accommodation facilities.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the smooth daily operation of all facilities Maintaining high standards of service and safety Managing staff and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies Overseeing financial performance by monitoring budgets and maximizing profitability Strategic planning Strong leadership Attention to operational efficiency Manage diverse teams and drive performance across the fuel, hospitality, and retail sectors
Requirements:
A diploma or degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field At least 5 years of management experience in a similar environment Strong business and operational skills Strong interpersonal skills Financial acumen, Ability to work under pressure
