- Matric
- Qualification in a relevant field would be advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Ability to host and interact with the guests
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good administration and computer skills
- A passion for the industry
- Excellent staff management skills
- Good overall understanding of all departments within lodge
- Pro-Active, Professional, and well presented.
