The Product Owner is responsible for managing and driving the development of banking products within an agile team. They work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, designers, and project managers, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of the product. The Product Owner plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Business Commerce

Experience Required
Key Deliverables: Transaction Banking

  • Product Vision: Define and communicate a clear vision for the product, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Product Backlog: Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories based on input from stakeholders, with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to create a product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction and milestones.
  • Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning meetings, prioritizing and selecting user stories for development during each sprint.
  • Release Management: Coordinate the release process, ensuring that features are delivered on time and meet the defined requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and facilitate product demonstrations.

  • Experience with defining and managing product roadmaps.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and tools.
