Job Summary Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: xc3x82 Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies or Public Relations 8+ years exp in communications, PR / marketing of which 3 years must be at management / supervisory / consultant level xc3x82 The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Support to Strategic Planning and Governance xc3xa2xc2x80xc2x93 provide input to organizational strategy, develop unit operational plans, enhance and implement treasury systems, ensure reports are accurate, facilitate inter-dept communications, manage audits and develop / manage relationships Content generation and management xc3xa2xc2x80xc2x93 Build a brand identity and online presence through creation of multimedia content, develop documentation such as magazines, newsletters, articles, investor packs, info brochures etc, ensure quality content for flagship projects, contribute to development of content for performance reports and mitigate risk that arise Website / external communication xc3xa2xc2x80xc2x93 social media / website strategy, manage/post social media content, share content to raise brand awareness, monitor web traffic and build a brand identity / online presence Design/development/maintain intranet xc3xa2xc2x80xc2x93 Design / update intranet, content development and uploads, monitor / evaluate and report progress Digital communication xc3xa2xc2x80xc2x93 oversee content execution, produce digital marketing content/campaigns, ensure projects are well represented on digital platforms, create digital growth strategies, manage customer feedback / surveys and measure the success of digital campaigns Budget management xc3xa2xc2x80xc2x93 prepare plans / estimates and manage/control budget, authorise payments and requisitions, sound planning and forecasting of capital expenditure xc3x82 Salary: Negotiable xc3x82
