Job Summary Minimum 5years Personal lines short term insurance experience in Client Servicing Management.
Minimum 3 years Personal lines short term insurance experience in Sales.
Completed Full FAIS credits.
Completed RE5 qualification.



Manage the delivery of business results:

Adhere to and ensure adherence to costs and budgets in the function and provide regular feedback to the Head of department and other relevant stakeholders on the progress and performance against plans and budget.

Client Service Management: Maintain and regularly review the effectiveness of processes in the function and identify ways they could be improved.

Drive the implementation of all processes in the function and ensure the adherence of the established processes and procedures.

Manage risk associated within the function: Regularly review the risk associated with processes and procedures used in providing client services.

Develop and implement procedures and activities to ensure that risks are effectively avoided, reduced, mitigated, and monitored.

Networking: Establish and maintain good collaborative professional relationships with internal stakeholders, segments, and major clients

Review client service performance: Manage the working relationship with internal departments by engaging and consulting on service gaps and put the plan in place for implementation to improve call centre service deliver.

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
