Job Description

The Management Representative is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle testing station operates in full compliance with regulatory, quality, and operational requirements. This role acts as the

link between management, compliance authorities, and station operations

, ensuring standards are maintained at all times.

At least 2 years experience as a manager of testing station.

Key Responsibilities. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

Ensure the station complies with all

RTMC, DoT, and relevant regulatory requirements

. Act as the official

Management Representative

for audits, inspections, and compliance visits. Prepare for and attend

internal and external audits

. Ensure all corrective actions from audits are implemented and tracked.

2. Quality Management System (QMS)

Maintain and monitor the station's

Quality Management System

. Ensure procedures, policies, and SOPs are followed by all staff. Update documentation when processes or regulations change. Monitor non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.

3. Operational Oversight

Monitor daily operations to ensure testing is conducted correctly and ethically. Ensure examiners follow correct testing procedures and standards. Identify operational risks and escalate issues to management promptly. Support station managers in resolving operational challenges.

4. Staff Support & Training

Assist in training staff on compliance, procedures, and regulatory updates. Ensure staff understand and follow company policies. Identify training gaps and recommend corrective actions. Support disciplinary processes related to compliance issues when required.

5. Risk Management & Ethics

Ensure integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct in all testing activities. Identify and report any suspected fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance. Promote a culture of accountability and professionalism.

6- Required Qualifications & Experience

Relevant qualification in

Quality Management, Compliance, Operations, or Engineering

(advantageous). more than two years Experience in

vehicle testing stations

or regulated environments. Strong understanding of

roadworthy testing regulations

. Experience dealing with audits and compliance bodies is an advantage.
