Job Summary Job Title: Management Couple Zambia Location: Africa; specifically Southern Africa, Zambia Job Type: Permanent; Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Travel; Leisure, Tourism, and Hospitality Secondary Industry: Travel; Leisure, Tourism, and Hospitality Job Duties: Manage and oversee daily operations of a hospitality establishment in Zambia Coordinate with staff to ensure high-quality service delivery Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Monitor and manage financial aspects of the business Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff Work closely with the team to create a positive working culture Required Qualifications: Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Education: Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or related field Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a management position within the hospitality industry Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in budgeting and financial management Good understanding of hospitality operations Knowledge of industry trends and best practises Excellent customer service skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in hospitality management Experience working in an international setting Working Conditions: This role may require long hours, weekends, and public holidays. The position may also involve living on-site within the hospitality establishment.
